I am the postdoctoral representative for the school of Biological Sciences at The University of Hong Kong. During my two year position I have organised postdoctoral retreats for learning and writing and attended staff meetings to represent postdoctoral interests.
Personally- I am an addict of spicy Chinese food from the province of Hunan. When it rains I enjoy reading classics, watching sci-fi or sewing on the tropical island that I live on. I love art (impressionists) and and exploring different cultures- I've been to all the main temples and monasteries in HK! I play rugby for a local team and I regularly hike when its sunny!
....However travel is my ultimate joy....

I volunteer weekly for a local cat and dog charity in Hong Kong and foster cats of many shapes and sizes until they are ready to be rehomed. A few of my foster cats over the years.....
